Blackbird Recruiting in Monsey, NY is seeking a polished Talent Sales & Promotions Manager to own the full sales cycle—from cold calls to close—while scouting and signing new talent to expand the roster and promoting artists across the agency’s network. You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute concerts and live events from first call to final curtain.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle — cold calling venues, event planners, simcha coordinators, and corporate clients to bring in new business
• Scout and sign new talent to expand the agency’s roster
• Promote artists across the agency’s network and beyond
• Plan, coordinate, and execute concerts and live events from first call to final curtain
• Manage operational logistics — vendors, contracts, timelines, and everything in between
• Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back and referring others
