Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Fulltime Purchasing Administrator to join our United States team and support procurement for high-profile stadium events. You will manage purchase orders, maintain price guides, and align vendors using our inventory software.

In this fast-paced role you will collaborate with culinary, concessions, and operations teams, coordinate event-based purchasing, and ensure accurate stock for game days and holidays. Availability for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate the same with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and issue purchase orders in our inventory software.
• Maintain inventory order guides, ensuring accurate pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment.
• Coordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume events.
• Partner with warehouse teams to support accurate receiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
• Generate and analyze reports on usage, purchasing trends, and cost variances to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasing with menu execution and demand planning.
