Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years in events, sales, marketing or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating daily activities at promotional events and pop-up locations.
• Prepare event materials, product information, and promotional resources.
• Organize event stations and ensure customer-facing areas are ready.
• Confirm supplies and approved promotional materials are available.
• Support setup and breakdown of displays and equipment.
• Welcome visitors, introduce products, and engage prospective customers.
• Explain features, benefits, and current promotions to customers.
• Assist customers with product selections and enrollment steps.
• Provide pricing, availability, and promotional terms information.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer interactions during busy periods.
• Coordinate with teammates for appropriate coverage and replenishment needs.
• Update displays and promotional information as needed.
• Support product demonstrations and customer presentations.
