Job summary

ADM Creative Group in the United States is seeking a dynamic Producer with at least five years of corporate live event experience to join our growing team. You will work with Executive Producers and internal clients to drive concept development, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

This role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple shoots, venues, and crews while delivering top-tier client service.

Job description

Busy, High Energy, Corporate Communications Company seeking energetic, for a Producer position to join our growing team. Must have minimum of five (5) years' experience in corporate live event production.

Candidate is responsible for:

• Working closely with Executive Producers(EP) and Producers with various duties, such as participating in creative video and event concept development, pulling together elements for pre-production phase, researching talent and speakers, maintaining schedules, supporting logistics, etc.
• Participating in creative meetings and brainstorm sessions, assisting the EP with all client deliverables.
• Managing projects with high-level clients and collaborating closely with internal clients and team members.
• Experienced in live event productions with excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
• Experience on headset and stage management in live production environment.
• Comfort in a client facing role and able to communicate on to clients on behalf of the team.
• Dedicated, customer-service oriented, and a multi-tasker, problem solver, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Able to handle administration tasks like a rock star.
• Well Organized, Self-starter, with high energy and able to juggle multiple projects in deadline environment.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining production schedules, planning video shoots in a variety of environments, scouting, selecting and reserving shoot locations, selecting and hiring crew and talent.
• Willing, able and excited to travel. Travel is a requirement.
