ADM Creative Group in the United States is seeking an energetic Executive Producer to lead the production and creative process, develop budgets, oversee all production elements, and manage schedules, team members and crew. The EP will work on the business side of production, ensuring the client's brand image and message are preserved, while bringing new concepts to life.

Willingness to travel is required and travel is a standard expectation.

Busy, High Energy, Corporate Communications Company seeking energetic, team-Leader for Executive Producer position. The Executive Producer (EP) leads the production/creative process, developing budgets, overseeing all the production elements, in addition to managing schedules, team members and crew. EP will work on the business side of production and is responsible for seeing a production through from beginning to end, ensuring project maintains the corporate client's intended brand image and message, and introducing new concepts or ideas.

Must have minimum of ten(10) years' experience in video and/or live event production.

Candidate is responsible for:

• Leading team members in creative video and event concept development, pulling together elements for pre-production phase, researching talent and speakers, maintaining schedules, supporting logistics, etc.
• Participating in creative meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Managing projects with high-level clients and collaborating closely with internal clients and team members.
• Experienced in live event productions with excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
• Dedicated, customer-service oriented, and a multi-tasker, problem solver, with a positive ''can-do'' attitude.
• Well Organized, Self-starter, with high energy and able to juggle multiple projects in deadline environment.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining production schedules, planning video shoots in a variety of environments, scouting, selecting and reserving shoot locations, selecting and hiring crew and talent.

Willing, able and excited to travel. Travel is a requirement.
