AEG Worldwide is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing, social media, online PR, and promotions for venues, tours, and events. You will develop promotions with artists and the community, and may oversee interns and street team activities.

Your role includes media planning, press distribution, and collaboration with publicists to enhance venue exposure and ticket sales, while tracking budgets and delivering reports.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience calendaring events and coordinating promotions.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PR skills, social media savvy and organization.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Aufgaben

• Builds and maintains ad plans for AEG Presents shows, tours and festivals.
• Assist in coordination of media buy and Google campaigns.
• Create, preview and review press releases; coordinate with publicist.
• Develop social media accounts and manage newsletters.
• Monitor marketing trends and demographics to target shows and festivals.
• Coordinate day-of-show activities and media logistics.
• Maintain relationships with partners and sponsors.
