AEG Presents in Los Angeles is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing, social media, PR, and promotional campaigns for venues, tours, festivals, and one-offs. You will develop initiatives with artists and communities and may coordinate interns and street teams for show promotions.

You will plan ad buys, craft press materials, monitor trends, and support day-of-show activities. The role requires collaboration with partners, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to growing

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Experience calendaring events.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Photoshop).
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PR skills, social media savvy, and organization skills
• Must have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritization skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker; thinks "outside the box"
• Knowledge of the music industry preferred

Aufgaben

• Builds and maintains ad plans for shows, tours and festivals.
• Coordinate media buying; build Google campaigns; manage radio, TV work orders.
• Create, preview and review press releases; coordinate with publicist.
• Monitor marketing trends and analyze fan base to target demographics.
• Advance day-of-show activities with radio, remote broadcasts and media.
• Create and distribute weekly newsletters and email campaigns.
• Develop and manage social media accounts; schedule posts around events.
• Monitor marketing budgets and report costs and variances.
• Build relationships with partners, co-promoters and media.
