Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of customer service experience required.
• 3 years of transportation experience preferred.
• 3 years of administrative experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and implement chauffeured transportation programs with the Operations team.
• Prepare quotes and engage with clients.
• Match vehicles and personnel to client needs.
• Review bookings and follow-up confirmations.
• Handle inbound quotes and information via phone and email.
• Prioritize responses and categorize correspondence.
• Ensure trip supplies, amenities, and signage are prepared.
• Process deposits and payments as needed.
• Occasional nights and weekends; on-site work during events.
