Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager for Henrico Sports & Events Center. You will oversee suites, catering, and concessions, delivering premier client food and beverage services for events, while coordinating with clients, facility staff, and vendors.

A strong background in hospitality management, inventory control, and POS systems is essential to drive guest experiences and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Experience in management, catering, concessions, inventory control, order management, POS systems, and menu planning in an arena or stadium environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Suites and Catering service at the highest level.
• Oversee Concessions Operations for events and maintain Legends Global policies.
• Act as Manager on Duty for events onsite and offsite, including banquets and backstage catering.
• Strategic planning of inventory control, POS systems, catering sales, and guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to increase profit by improving processes.
