Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible management experience in food & beverage operations, hospitality, catering, or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees all food & beverage operations and execution for events including concessions, bars, premium hospitality, and catering services.
• Ensures operational readiness before, during, and after events
• Develops work plans including scheduling and ordering, and assigns duties to subordinates
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting by monitoring food sales, labor costs, attendance, inventory, and operating results
• Develops menus/themes for events and establishes pricing for services
• Inspects facilities to ensure compliance with health laws and internal regulations
• Maintains inventory control
• Ensures guest service standards are maintained throughout events
