Job summary

Production Resource Group is seeking an experienced equipment technician to support the setup, operation and break-down of client shows across events. You will handle loading, unloading, configuration, repair and return of equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requires five years of related experience in lighting, video, rigging or logistics, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong customer service and willingness to learn PRG software are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related trade training preferred.
• Minimum five years in lighting, video, rigging or logistics.
• Experience with customer service and field operations.
• Ability to learn PRG proprietary software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload and potentially lead a department in the work sequence.
• Inspect, configure, repair and return equipment in a timely manner.
• Scan barcodes and update quantity data accurately in the system.
• Set up, operate and break down client shows and events.
