Job summary

Production Resource Group (PRG) is seeking a warehouse technician to maintain and repair equipment, process check-ins/outs, and support live events. You will re-stock gear, assist with loading/unloading, and help set up and break down setups for clients across tours, festivals, and corporate events.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus related training; strong customer service, safety, and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or its' equivalent.
  • Trade show, technical school, or post High School training in an appropriate field preferred.
  • Strong customer service with ability to self-manage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the technical principles of operation and maintenance of the equipment.
  • Excellent understanding of equipment within department and its integration with shows.
  • Proven ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems.
  • Excellent knowledge of workplace safety principles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and PRG proprietary software.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair the Company’s equipment resources in the warehouse.
  • Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter quantity data during check-out/check-in tasks.
  • Ensure equipment quality meets company standards.
  • Complete Company paperwork as required.
  • Re-stock equipment according to depot standards.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles.
  • Participate in set-up, operation and break-down of equipment for client needs.
