PRG is seeking a Production Coordinator to support Production Management with planning, budgeting, and execution of events in all markets PRG serves. Open job numbers, create POs, review documents, gather quotes, and assist PM/AM through execution.
Requires high school diploma, proficiency in Word/Excel, and at least two years in project coordination in entertainment. Strong communication and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects; PRG internship a plus.

Production Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support the Production Management group with the planning, budgeting, and execution of events and/or entertainment projects in all markets and facets PRG serves.
The pay range for this position is estimated to be $75,000.00-100,000.00. Actual pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant combined with location and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions.
