Job summary

CSUN is seeking a Customer Service Worker to support events at The Soraya and other campus theaters. You will scan tickets, distribute programs, and help patrons find seats, while assisting with late seating and enforcing venue policies.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid and TIPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan or tear tickets and distribute programs.
• Assist patrons with seating and late seating.
• Enforce policies on large personal items, food/beverage, and recording devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
