Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking an Event Coordinator to support planning and execution of events at Addition Financial Arena. You will help collect and distribute event information, develop staffing plans, and support guest services staff as part of the events team. The role supports day‑to‑day operations and collaboration across departments.

This is an on‑site, full‑time position with benefits. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$21.00, and the role requires flexibility including nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hospitality, sports or entertainment field.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of events for the Events Management Team.
• Support day-of event operations: staff check-in areas, paperwork, walk-throughs, issue resolution.
• Prepare pre-planning steps and day-of duties, liaising with internal staff and vendors.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, promoters, tenants and partners with professional service.
• Coordinate staffing using scheduling software to create shifts and confirm working staff.
• Help develop and implement department-wide training programs.
• Prepare pre-show financial estimates and post-event settlements.
• Attend weekly events department meetings and cross-departmental meetings.
