Job summary

AEG Presents is seeking a Contract Administrator to partner with legal, operations, accounting and production teams on artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, locations and sponsor agreements. The role also processes wire requests and deposits and ensures venue insurance compliance on an event-by-event basis.

You will edit and issue contracts, manage data points, and coordinate approvals with talent buyers and venue teams, while supporting contract templates and staff training as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration and legal language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe software.
• Interest/knowledge of music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit artist contracts including issuing, mark-up, receipt and processing, and coordinate with artist management and talent buyers.
• Review venue, vendor, co-promotion, sponsor and location agreements for approval and issuance to relevant parties.
• Initiate wire requests and deposits and liaise with accounting for timely processing.
• Review venue insurance requirements and amend agreements as needed.
• Develop and update contract processes and ensure all show files and insurance are up to date.
• May train new employees in contract administration and create contract templates.
• Coordinate with exhibitors to ensure paperwork and venue information are up to date.
