Legends Global is seeking a Ticket Seller for the Box Office team at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. You will handle on-site ticket sales, assist guests, and provide show information with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role requires cash handling, basic computer skills, and the ability to balance daily sales. You will work with the Box Office Manager and support events across venues, contributing to a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to respond promptly to guest needs.
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately and balance cash.
• Experience with computerized ticket systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and responds promptly to guest needs.
• Focus on each patron’s order and fulfill accurately and promptly.
• Dispenses tickets via ticketing software and processes purchases in person or by phone.
• Assists patrons in resolving ticket-related issues during events.
• Verifies and distributes Will Call tickets to patrons.
• Completes daily ticket sales report and balances cash receipts.
• Keeps an accurate daily balance sheet of cash and tickets sold.
• Provides guidance on venue, show, and ticket information.
• Works independently and answers box office questions without assistance.
• Handles questions about prices, seating, and events with courtesy.
• Files records and performs related clerical duties as assigned.
