Job summary

Live Nation’s Ticketmaster division in Tacoma seeks Box Office Agents for flexible, part-time event coverage. You’ll handle in-person sales, cash handling, and customer service at the Box Office, supporting guests during live events.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover TM systems and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service.
• General office and cash experience are preferred.
• Must be available for flexible working hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to ticket purchasers.
• Conduct in-person ticket sales at the Box Office using the Ticketmaster POS.
• Work with Archtics and TM Host systems regularly.
• Balance and account for cash and credit receipts from sales.
• Organize and distribute will-call tickets.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward the company and activities.
