Stateside Live! is seeking a Production Manager to oversee AV production for live events in the United States. You will manage budgets, scheduling, staffing, and vendor coordination to ensure flawless event execution across sound, lighting, video, and display systems.

The role requires strong guest service, independent work ability, and a proven track record in live production. You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies, maintain maintenance logs, and adapt to irregular schedules

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget and schedule for configuring and supporting control systems.
• Maintain daily programming schedule for onsite displays.
• Hire and oversee production staff for events.
• Oversee production operations and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for events.
• Ensure equipment is operational; perform maintenance logs.
• Create and manage equipment inventory and rider fulfilment.
