Qualifications

• Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, and customer service.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic computer operation and POS systems.
• Strong guest relations, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, and multitasking.
• Effective communication in high-volume, sometimes stressful environments.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm.
• High school diploma.
• Previous ticketing experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy.
