Job summary

Legends & ASM Global seeks a part-time Ticket Seller to support the Ticket Office at the North Charleston venue. You will handle ticket sales, cash and electronic transactions, and assist guests with inquiries, ensuring accurate revenue and friendly service.

Key duties include opening/closing windows, generating sales reports, and maintaining documentation. This role involves light clerical tasks while upholding a high standard of guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience selling tickets and handling cash is preferred.
• Ability to perform general clerical duties and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close ticket windows during scheduled hours.
• Sell event tickets using ticketing systems and process transactions.
• Reconcile cash drawer with daily sales and transfer revenue to vault.
• Generate daily ticket sales reports and maintain records.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned.
