Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller for the Ticket Office at the North Charleston venue. You will support daily operations, sell event tickets, handle cash and electronic transactions, and help guests with friendly service.

Open and close ticket windows, reconcile cash, generate daily reports, and maintain records. A high school diploma is required, and prior customer service experience is a plus. This is an on-site, hourly position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close ticket windows during scheduled hours.
• Sell tickets for events using ticketing systems.
• Accurately process cash and electronic transactions.
• Reconcile cash drawer with daily ticket sales.
• Prepare and transfer daily revenue to the vault.
• Generate and complete daily ticket sales reports.
• Maintain and file records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons in person and via phone.
• Perform general clerical duties and other tasks as assigned.
