CryptoGex is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events. You will be a key contact for attendees, partners, and vendors, handling inquiries and resolving issues before, during, and after events.

The role involves on-site support at live events when needed, ensuring a positive attendee experience and maintaining accurate records of interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems)

Responsibilities
