Grand Casinos Mille Lacs/Hinckley is seeking a Social Media Strategist to manage our social channels and craft a strategy that mirrors our brand in tone and goals. The role includes content creation, live event coverage, and monthly performance reporting.

The ideal candidate brings creativity, organization, and a track record of growing engagement across major platforms, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as programming requires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading social media programs and strategies.
• Familiar with major social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsabilités

• Manage Grand Casino social pages and profiles, including outside traditional hours.
• Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with brand tone.
• Create content calendars and post engaging content for live events.
• Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with departments to manage reputation and promotions.
