Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of professional social media experience for a brand or agency.
• Proficiency across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Strong visual storytelling, design sense, and brand consistency.
• Experience with mobile and professional cameras.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for social trends and engaging, results-driven content.
• Willingness to travel for content production as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand-aligned content and copy tailored to each platform.
• Assist with planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Schedule content and post live coverage to ACC channels.
• Attend events for content capture and live coverage.
• Ensure content complies with usage rights and copyright laws.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and regulatory standards.
• Support influencer program research and on-property liaison.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key social metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging platforms and best practices.
• Provide engagement management across platforms.
