Job summary

Gainbridge Fieldhouse seeks a Security & Event Services Season Associate for the 2026-27 season. This on-site role in Indianapolis supports event security prep, dispatching, and staff coordination during games and shows.

You will assist with budget reporting, policy documents, and special projects, work 25–30 hours weekly, and collaborate with partners across departments while gaining hands-on experience behind the scenes of live entertainment.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or has completed a degree in a relevant field (see education).
  • Interest in security and public safety, with strong communication skills.
  • Well organized with good computer knowledge and ability to handle fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

  • Support department with administrative tasks throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Aid the Fieldhouse Command Center with dispatching and response tasks.
  • Assist with budget reporting and budget-related documents.
  • Contribute to development, review and revision of department policies.
  • Collaborate with external partners and lead assigned special projects.
  • Participate in event operations with teams including Security, Ushers, Guest Services, Fire Marshals, EMT, Event Police/K9.
  • Prepare essential employee resources for staff briefings and attend meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
