Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Season Associate to join the Indiana Pacers organization in Indianapolis, starting September 2026 and ending after the 2026-27 season. The role is on-site with a 30-40 hour weekly commitment and requires working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or similar field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR/AED training.
• Previous experience as a strength & conditioning coach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of athletic development under the sports performance staff.
• Maintain weight room cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in training Indiana Pacers & Noblesville Boom players.
• Comply with G League & NBA standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Attend Indiana Pacers home games and provide high quality service.
