Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a Security Dispatcher for the Security Command Center. The position is full-time and located in Inglewood, CA, reporting to the Building Security Manager.

You will handle assigned Day, Evening, or Overnight shifts and support emergency and routine calls with professional communication. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, using dispatch systems, coordinating with law enforcement, and maintaining accurate call records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Dispatcher experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Process and record calls for service.
• Answer phones and operate dispatch systems.
• Monitor CCTV and coordinate responses with law enforcement.
• Dispatch and classify call types correctly.
