Job summary

Hollywood Park is seeking a full-time Security Dispatcher to operate in the Security Command Center. You will handle assigned shifts (Day, Evening, Overnight) and coordinate with the Building Security Manager for all incident responses.

Qualified applicants will have at least one year of Dispatcher experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with CCTV and alarm systems in a dynamic stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior Dispatcher experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate a two-way radio and various communication equipment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch appropriate units.
• Process and record calls and maintain log accuracy.
• Monitor CCTV and coordinate responses with security teams and law enforcement as needed.
• Direct and track incident responses and ensure proper categorization of calls.
• Maintain radio discipline and adhere to established protocols.
