Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Rigging Coordinator to manage rigging and electrical requirements for produced events. This in-person, full-time role serves as the liaison between client sales staff and rigging engineers to ensure flawless coordination.

You will ensure safety by following policies, preparing show files, coordinating labor tickets, and producing final billing reports. A High School Diploma, 1+ years’ labor coordination experience, MS Office skills, and OSHA 10

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years' experience in labor coordination or exhibitor services preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to consistently follow safety rules and contribute to a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain show files/show kits to ensure completion of required documentation.
• Work with the Client Solutions Manager and clients to gather specifications and enter the appropriate systems.
• Produce and process on-site work tickets as required.
• Complete work tickets and enter dismantle labor.
• Ensure labor tickets are signed by exhibitors.
• Dispatch labor and obtain detailed information about installation upon return.
• Create final billing reports for invoicing.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Complete required safety training and apply safe work practices at all times.
• Immediately report any workplace accidents, near misses, hazards, or unsafe conditions to a manager or through an appropriate reporting channel.
• Participate in safety discussions and communicate concerns or feedback openly to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Use tools, equipment, and protective gear properly to prevent injuries and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
