Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Event Operations Associate to manage front-line event setup, logistics for live retail at events, and customer-focused service. You will oversee merchandise setup, stocking, sales transactions using Fanatics POS, and breakdown while upholding high standards of professionalism and the Fanatics brand.

This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work on-site at events, delivering an exceptional fan experience through BOLD leadership and execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working in a venue, retail, or merchandise environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, self-motivated demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency, including counting change and balancing a cash bank.
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, team members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise trucks, stocking merchandise, and organizing supplies.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to standards, ensuring full stock for all events.
• Handle sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system and balance the bank with accuracy.
• Deliver fan-first customer service at every touchpoint and engage with guests.
• Adapt quickly to a fast-paced event environment and suggest improvements to the setup.
