Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a diligent event operations assistant for day-of-show support. You will back the Production Manager and Back of House teams, handling parking lists, credentials, and site paperwork during shows.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, long hours, weekends, and holidays, with a High School Diploma and cash handling experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-of-show support to Production Manager and Back of House team.
• Manage day-of-show parking list and show credentials.
• Create day-of-show documents as needed (eg. meal tickets, sign‑in sheets).
• Manage onsite Runners.
• Distribute and reconcile petty cash.
