MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking an Executive Meetings & Events Manager to be the primary contact for smaller convention groups, coordinating food & beverage, meeting spaces, transportation, rooming lists and billing to ensure flawless events.

You will work with clients and internal departments, manage multiple conventions simultaneously, and build strong relationships across teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant hotel or convention services experience.
• Proficiency with Opera, Amadeus, and Delphi is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; must be 21+.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate transportation, guest rooms, meetings, pre-planning and on-site operations.
• Serve as main client contact and liaison between client and hotel departments.
• Develop relationships with support departments to ensure successful events.
• Manage multiple conventions concurrently.
