avad3 Event Production seeks a organized Production Manager to be the hub between client, internal team, and external crew. You will lead events from kickoff to wrap, ensuring flawless execution, timely milestones, and efficient resource use.

The role emphasizes client relationships, meticulous planning, and on-site leadership, with travel to Northwest Arkansas for roughly 18 events annually. You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, and maintain high professional standards.
