Job summary

ASM Global's Save Mart Center in Fresno is seeking a part-time Usher to greet guests at events, provide information, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. The role reports to the Events Manager and sits in Guest Services/Event operations, with hourly pay of $16.90 and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months of customer service experience, be 18 or older, and able to stand or walk for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service.
• Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed.
• Assist Event Manager and Usher Supervisors when needed.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
