Exhibitus, a leading live events and experiential marketing company, is seeking an Exhibit Technician in Woburn, MA. You will support preparation, setup, inspection, and shipment of exhibit projects, working with Project Managers, Lead Technicians, and Warehouse teams to ensure quality and readiness.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Frequent travel and long hours may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualificações

• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform extended physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours and travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Warehouse teams on outbound exhibit prep and inbound booth inspection.
• Assist Lead Technicians with booth setup, graphics fitting, packing, crate organization.
• Support fabrication tasks and contribute to efficient production workflow.
• Prep exhibit properties for shipment and verify drawings for project requirements.
• Perform inbound inspections of exhibit booths using EMS and barcode scanners.
• Document issues through photos, damage reports, and EMS updates.
• Restock hardware and return exhibit properties to designated locations.
• Maintain calm, professional communication under deadlines and stress.
• Travel frequently and work irregular hours as required to meet schedules.
