Job summary

AEG's Campus Loading Dock team in Los Angeles supports all venue tenants, food and beverage deliveries, and stage equipment with a 24/7 operation. The Dock Expeditor role requires proactive problem solving, safety diligence, and strong coordination with drivers, hotel staff, and show crews to ensure on-time unloading and loading.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Experience in event production and logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (in person, online and by phone).
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Control truck traffic, dock access and movement of supplies, deliveries, and equipment into and out of the Campus loading dock areas.
• Monitor, report and assist with safety and functionality of service areas.
• Ensure tenants and vendors operate in accordance with all policies pertaining to the loading dock.
• Assist the Dock Master with assigned duties.
• Communicate and resolve access issues professionally with Campus tenants and vendors.
• Provide operational support to all Campus Operations departments and assist during emergencies.
