Job summary

AEG is seeking a Dock Expeditor to support the Campus loading dock operations, coordinating deliveries of food, materials, and equipment, and ensuring safety and on-schedule unloading. The role requires problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive communication with drivers and staff.

The position operates in a 24/7 environment, with physical duties including lifting and forklift use, and requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Teams).
• Two years of related work experience.
• Previous experience in event production and logistics
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Able to stand for extended periods of time up to 6 hours
• Able to lift/carry/pull/push up to 35lbs
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Control truck traffic, dock access and movement of supplies, deliveries, and equipment into and out of the Campus loading dock areas.
• Monitor safety and functionality of service areas and report issues to management.
• Ensure tenants and vendors operate in accordance with loading dock policies.
• Assist the Dock Master with assigned duties.
• Communicate and resolve access issues with tenants, vendors, security, and hotel teams.
• Provide operational support to all departments of Campus Operations.
• Report safety policy compliance issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and remove waste.
