Job summary

Integrated Production Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to oversee asset records, lifecycle, and readiness for concerts, tours, rentals, and live events. You will balance hands-on equipment knowledge with strategic planning to maximize utilization and reduce losses.

In this role you will coordinate across sales, project management, production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure availability and proper staging.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, live event production, rental operations, or a related asset-management environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Experience using inventory management, rental management, barcode scanning, asset tracking, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to follow prep, de-prep, QC, repair, staging, labeling, storage, and return workflows for concert production and rental orders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to document issues and report shortages clearly.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving up to 100 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company-owned production assets, including inventory counts, equipment status, location, assignments, service history, and lifecycle information.
• Manage the inventory control system by processing new equipment into stock, updating asset records, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring data is current.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to confirm equipment availability and shortages.
• Lead prep, de-prep, QC, scanning, staging, and return processes for rental orders.
• Identify and resolve issues related to missing equipment, damaged assets, theft, incomplete returns, and shortages.
• Develop and improve inventory control procedures, asset tracking workflows, QC standards, and organization systems.
• Conduct physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations between warehouse stock and the system.
• Provide direction to part-time technicians or support staff involved in inventory tasks.
• Assist with warehouse operations, equipment pulls, returns, labeling, and storage as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of live event production equipment, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Perform administrative activities, reporting, documentation, and other duties as assigned.
• Represent the company’s culture with a service-minded, team-oriented approach.
