The Second City, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Production Coordinator to provide day-to-day production and operational support across our resident stages, touring companies, and event venues.

You will coordinate logistics, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth execution from planning through completion. This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comfort working nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in stage or production management.
• Experience with event production and live entertainment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate talent, vendors, and client details across departments.
• Advance events from planning through completion and ensure onsite support.
• Maintain project documentation, calendars, and tracking systems.
• Serve as onsite point of contact for clients and contributors.
• Assist with travel, hospitality, and room configurations.
