Job summary

The Second City is seeking a Multimedia Support Specialist to join our Creative Services Art & Video team in Chicago, supporting the development, production, and delivery of print and digital marketing materials. You will help manage video libraries and assist in producing assets for resident stages, touring, and training centers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in media/design or 1+ year of related experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and familiarity with animation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media or related field or 1+ year of equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with animation and video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and organizing video content on internal and client platforms.
• Manage user accounts and troubleshoot access for staff and clients.
• Audit video libraries to identify broken links or outdated content.
• Assist with uploading and maintaining content on our in-house digital signage.
• Assist in creative concepting, asset digging, and formatting for animation and print.
• Resize designs and animations for digital and print platforms.
• Support archive video clip creation and uploads to YouTube.
