Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for an on-call promotional role. You will greet guests, promote and announce casino events, assist with ticketing, and help with equipment setup during concerts and other events.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (six months related experience acceptable) and a valid Class II gaming license. Prior customer service is preferred, and you will represent the venue with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons and answer inquiries relating to company sponsored events and promotions.
• Telephones, visits, or writes to customers or organizations to persuade them to purchase tickets or attend Little Creek Casino Resort events.
• Utilizes the Vendini ticketing system to assist patrons with event information as well as event ticket purchasing and/or defunding with cash, comps, credit card and MVP point purchases.
• Assist at concerts and special events with equipment set up, patron seating, dissemination of information, take down and/or equipment removal.
• Memorizes scripts, reads or ad-libs using a microphone to identify and announce to customers upcoming promotions or events sponsored by Little Creek Casino Resort.
• Interacts and visits with customers to promote sales of company products and services and solicits participation in casino sponsored events.
• Delivers promotion items such as pins, posters, glasses, napkins and samples of products or services.
• Comments on matters of interest to individual or groups of customers on current promotions or upcoming events.
• Other duties may be assigned.

We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join us in providing our guests with exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and announcing LCCR products, services, and entertainment events. Additionally, you will assist guests at concerts and special events, providing information and helping with equipment set-up. Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)/And six months related experience and/or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

• Class II gaming license issued by the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
