Responsibilities

• Establish, build, and maintain positive relations with agents, managers, and industry representatives
• Participate in all aspects of booking events including deal points, contract generation, budgets and final settlements
• Review and process venue and artist contracts for signature, arrange insurance, and fulfill related needs
• Provide general administrative support and manage projects with minimal supervision
• Track show performance data, identify booking trends, and apply insights to future strategies
• Manage internal documentation using booking systems, calendars, proformas, and ticketing platforms
• Focus on International routing and opportunities
