Job summary

Unique Designs, Inc. is seeking a Live Commerce Manager to lead the growth of our livestream sales across Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Facebook, and more. This is a management role focused on building the engine behind streaming operations rather than running streams yourself.

You will own the channel end to end, including what we sell, where we sell it, who sells it, and how the team operates. Strong leadership and analytics are essential as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations with live shopping exposure
• Proven people-management experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with sales data
• Understanding of live selling dynamics and platform variations
• Experience recruiting or managing on-camera talent is a plus
• Jewelry, fashion, or collectibles category experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Own multi‑platform expansion: launch and scale live selling across Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Facebook, and emerging platforms
• Plan programming and product: decide inventory per stream, build streaming calendar, merchandise shows
• Match product to marketplace: analyze categories, price points, and formats for each platform
• Drive sales analysis: track GMV, sell-through, ASP, viewer conversion, and host performance
• Recruit and manage hosts: source, onboard, coach on-camera talent, and manage schedules/incentives
• Lead the operations team: manage stream operators, scheduling, training, accountability, process improvement
• Build the playbook: document what works to scale the channel with systems
