Job summary

Third is seeking a Director of Livestream to lead and scale its livestream commerce business. This onsite role in Los Angeles will manage staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency while driving revenue and profitability across streams.

You will build a high-performing team, oversee platform strategies across TikTok Shop and other channels, and balance client needs with production excellence to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Direct experience leading successful TikTok Shop Livestream programs
• Experience producing filmed live shopping content and understanding livestream production end-to-end
• Demonstrated people-management experience across multiple levels
• Experience owning or contributing to staffing, budgeting, or P&L for livestreams

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations and performance of Third’s livestream function, including team structure, staffing, and budget.
• Translate client goals into livestream strategies, including platform, studio, host, staffing, and production decisions.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and profitability across streams.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation across brands, studios, hosts, producers, and moderators.
