Job summary

Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking an experienced Live Command Center Operator to monitor and operate real-time live streaming events. You will ensure service health across the streaming pipeline, oversee CDN performance, and lead incident response with engineering and operations teams.

This Flex Workforce role involves project-to-project work, with 3–5 days per month on average, and may require nights and weekends during live events. Prior MOC/NOC experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in live streaming operations (Master Control, NOC, TOC or similar).
• Strong understanding of live streaming pipelines and CDN infrastructure.
• Proven incident management experience with monitoring dashboards and escalation workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in high-pressure situations.
• Experience developing/maintaining runbooks or SOPs.
• Proficient at troubleshooting consumer devices and software.

Responsibilities

• Live Event Monitoring & Operation: monitor complex live streams and ensure service health.
• Incident Management & Escalation: lead real-time incident response and coordinate resolutions.
• Operational Documentation & Process: develop and maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Event Coordination & Handoffs: ensure smooth handoffs between shifts and teams.
• Team Collaboration & Special Projects: support cross-functional projects and critical coverage.
