Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Broadcast Media Operations Specialist to ensure Paramount's assets are ready for linear TV, streaming, and global distribution. The role operates within the CCC, managing workflows from live ingest to playout readiness across multiple platforms.

You will work with Broadcast Operations, Engineering, Product, Media Supply Chain, and GMC to ensure timely, accurate delivery while supporting live events and rapid-turnaround productions.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting broadcast operations and media processing.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast video/audio formats and delivery specs.
• Ability to diagnose issues in video, audio, captions, metadata and automated workflows.
• Experience with QC tools and monitoring equipment.
• Familiarity with caption formats (SCC/STL/SRT).
• Understanding of media workflows and asset management systems.
• Experience with enterprise file transfer technologies like Aspera/Signiant.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify media readiness for linear, streaming, and VOD distribution.
• Operate live media ingest, processing, and QC workflows across locations.
• Edit and reconstruct media, validate captions, and ensure metadata accuracy.
• Manage media processing using Evertz Mediator and MIP ingestion into CRMAM.
• Support fast-track and rapid-turnaround fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor dashboards and resolve exceptions to maintain playout readiness.
• Escalate operational issues and coordinate cross-functional teams to restore service.
