This on-site role in Los Angeles involves warehouse equipment maintenance, check-in/repair, scanning barcodes, and supporting client shows from setup to breakdown. Strong customer service and 5+ years in relevant disciplines are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in audio, lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school may substitute for experience.
• Strong customer service and ability to self-manage.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure for orders, check-in and repair equipment in warehouse.
• Accurately scan barcodes and enter quantity data during checkout/check-in.
• Ensure equipment quality meets company standards and guidelines.
• Complete required Company paperwork and restock equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles.
• Participate in setup, operation and breakdown of client shows.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems; support with MS Office and PRG software.
• Maintain safe motor vehicle operation and current license as required.
• Physically lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
