• 3+ years in customer service or dispatching
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Service Titan is a strong asset
• Knowledge of the Lititz region geography is helpful

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians daily and assign calls based on zones and skills
• Coordinate return trips with customers and with vendors for parts
• Create work orders promptly and ensure correct technician assignments
• Keep the customer database up to date for accurate service records
• Communicate clearly with managers, staff, and customers to maintain smooth operations
• Conduct technician debriefings after each service call and maintain ongoing updates
• Send appointment reminders and follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate to communicate call capacity for efficient scheduling and service delivery
• Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas as needed
