Job summary

Haller Enterprises is seeking a Regional Dispatcher based in our Lititz office. You will bridge customers with Commercial Service Technicians, coordinate schedules, and ensure prompt service across the Lititz region.

The role runs 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime during peak seasons. A strong emphasis on communication, organization, and service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service or dispatching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
• Strong organization and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience with Service Titan is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians and manage daily calendars.
• Coordinate return trips and parts with vendors for timely service.
• Create work orders as calls are received, align with tech zones.
• Maintain customer data accuracy for streamlined records.
• Communicate clearly with managers, staff, and customers.
• Debrief technicians after calls and monitor day‑to‑day issues.
• Send appointment reminders and manage call capacity with leaders.
• Be flexible and assist in other areas as needed.
